About Danielle
Danielle is a licensed clinical social worker who has worked with children, adults, families, and couples. She has worked within charter schools for 15 years as a school social worker, supervising social worker and most recently as the Senior Director of Social Work & Wellness for East Harlem Scholars Academies. Danielle has been an Adjunct Instructor at NYU’s Silver School of Social Work since 2019.
Danielle has extensive knowledge of social work in schools, school systems, mental health in schools, trauma informed care, family work and engagement, parenting and co-parenting support, and anti-oppressive school social work practices.
Danielle offers supervision, workshops for school staff and for social workers, social work programming support , crisis support and therapeutic services.
Supervision
Many schools do not have supervision as part of their model of support for social workers. Danielle can provide that support and guidance to help you grow and strengthen your practice. Danielle utilizes her years of experience as both a school social worker and supervisor to collaborate, listen, support, coach and guide with an anti-racist, trauma-focused and restorative lens
Workshops
Danielle has provided workshops for school staff and social workers for over a decade. These workshops are all presented from a trauma-informed, anti-racist lens and help staff and social workers maximize their relationships with kids and families to see results.
Examples of workshops include: trauma informed schools and classrooms, creating healing-centered spaces for learning, trauma informed crisis response, working with complex trauma and anti-oppressive social work practice.

Consultation
Using her experience as a social worker and Director of Social Work, Danielle can provide clinical case consultation for particularly difficult cases, hold case consultations for a group of social workers and assist with overall social work programming at an individual school or network of schools.
Therapy
